Studio Notes: The week I made this piece, there was a media brouhaha about tacos. More precisely, about taco trucks and immigration. Donald Trump surrogate Marco Gutierrez warned MSNBC watchers, “If you don’t do something about it, you’re going to have taco trucks [on] every corner.” Suddenly, I saw every victorious trophy figure in the studio proudly holding their taco high!
